The member are required to attend either a general meeting or committee meeting to have the appropriate paper work signed for the renewal of a club permit. Under exceptional circumstances the club permit officer may sign the documentation at some other time.
Documentation should include:
- VicRoads Renewal Application Form;
- Proof of current membership.
The Club Permit Officer will:
- Confirm applicant’s Club Membership and applicant’s financial status;
- Endorse all documents.
